Q) Do I need to meet a minimum for my opening order?
Absolutely not! We have no minimum for opening orders and also no minimums for re-ordering either, so you are free to order as you please.
Q)Can you drop ship to my customer?
Absolutely! And even better, we blind drop ship so it looks like it’s coming from you. There is also no extra charge for this service. We charge you what we are charged by the shipping company.
Q)What is the turnaround time for personalized orders?
All orders have a 24-48 hour turnaround time. Pretty amazing we know! When we get closer to Christmas, you may see an extra day added on, but we try to avoid that as much as possible.
Q)Where are your products made?
We are proud to tell you that all of our products are made in the USA!
Q)Are there fees for handling or personalization?
No. There are no handling fees and all personalization is included in the price of each item.
Q)How do I sell your items?
That’s easy! We have a beautiful POP display which highlights most of our soaps with fragrance names engraved so your customers can experience each of the fragrances first hand! But you can also choose to display only certain packages as well.
