At New Hope Soap, LLC most orders ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order.  Larger orders can take up to 3-5 days to produce. Items are shipped Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS Ground,.  During our busy holiday season we try our best to guarantee your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order.  As you may understand, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions.  Thank you for your understanding and we hope you enjoy your towels as much as we do!
